FREE BOOTH FOR QUALIFYING NON FOR PROFIT ANIMAL ORGANIZATION

For our ”Bark to the Futur” 4 in 1 event at Bergeron Rodeo Grounds, we are giving away 25 -5 booths ( a $100 value)to qualifying nonprofit rescue organizations and animal shelters.* (Cats, birds, wildlife and even horses rescue org. are welcome!)

Organization who qualified for this offer will also be registered into our exclusive  rescue reward program and be able to raise money to help them with their fund raising effort.

*Your organization must be a registered Florida 501C3 rescue organization or animal shelter, have a website and a Facebook page to benefit from this offer.
Organizations who qualifies for that FREE booth offer must bring their own chairs, tables and canopy.
A maximum of 2 Free pass will be granted for each organization.
For security reasons all vendors and organization will have a pass for one car in our restricted vendor parking. Any other car will have to use the visitor’s parking.
Even if we are protected from the elements by a gigantic roof it’s still a good idea to bring your own canopy specially if you want to hang up  a banner or merchandise.
Set up will be done from 7:30 till 9:30. After that doors will be closed.
Expo side will be opened from 10:00 a.m till 5:00 p.m.
Because of the specific nature of this event no vendors or organizations will be allowed to pack and leave before 5:00 p.m.
