Arlene Diamante and one and a half year-old Riccio are new members of the American Idogs team. Arlene picked this rare breed of dog because she does Search and Rescue work, and Lagotto Romagnolos are known for excelling at nosework. Also, she wanted a small to medium sized dog that is social with people and other dogs as well. Her favorite activity to do with Riccio is nosework and other training in general because it is fun and challenging for both of them. Prior to Riccio, Arlene has owned Giant Schnauzers and has participated with them in urban search and rescue for 9-11 and with the Miami Dade Fire Department.
